Account details: name, email, phone number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Order details: shipping address, order history, and payment status (payment card details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers).
Usage data: pages visited and interactions on our site, used to improve the shopping experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
To process and deliver your orders, including sharing your shipping address with our logistics partners.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and, if you subscribe, seasonal planting calendars and offer announcements.
To respond to support requests submitted through our contact and agronomist forms.
3. Sharing of Information
We share order and shipping details only with the payment gateway (Razorpay), courier partners, and other service providers strictly necessary to fulfil your order.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and limited analytics cookies to understand overall site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Data Security
Passwords are hashed before storage, and payment processing is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. We restrict internal access to customer data to what is operationally necessary.
6. Your Rights
You can review and update your account details, addresses, and order history at any time from your account dashboard, or request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].
7. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our planting calendar newsletter, we use your email solely to send agronomy content and offer announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
